city里一间3层楼的town house一间一楼的卧室，房间满大的，带独立卫生间和浴室，双人大床, 家具齐全，可带行李箱随时入住.

洗衣房有洗衣机，干衣机，后面有个小院子可以晾衫，有中央空调, 第二层楼是客厅和厨房，三楼房东友爱的couple住, 所以大家不会相互打扰到对方。

地理位置非常方便而且很安静，旁边新建警察局，警察局旁边就是消防局(非常安全)，走到阿大慢点走15分钟，快点走10分钟，走到唐人街，慢走10分钟，快走7分钟. 99C就在3分钟的路程以内。后面还有个加油站和小超市，公交车更不说了，非常方便，连去德国村都不用自己开车了，2分钟走到车站。家后面走十分钟有家KTV，连去红灯区都免了。

家中有两只可爱的小猫，大猫非常温顺，很喜欢人类，小猫也乖巧，但是胆很小。家里只住了我和房东couple，房东原话:他们关系很融洽，从不吵架，只会冷战。男方（南京）无任何不良习惯（不知道唱歌算不算），女方（香港）更是内向不会惹麻烦。

介于3楼卧室是半开放式的，无门，所以希望能够找到一个爱干净安静的 女生或者 男生.
家里偏向安静，不喜欢大吵大闹，一切以和为贵，万事好商量.

本人...唯一住客因放假回国 短租3个月, 11月28号后都可以 到2月27号之前, 时间可小议,大于2个月即可

可google下很近- -本人每天步行8分钟就到Victoria Sq坐tram了，当然你也可以选择99C。

价格110+share bills 看租期接受小刀...couple 有兴趣也可以 180+share bills
