Q: 在哪个方向？公交车第几站？
A: 东北，174的21或22站，公交车20分钟左右（没坐过......）？附近还有522。距离市中心稍远，只要不出差，而且和我上下班时间类似，我每周3-4天可以把你和同住的另一个朋友顺路捎送到UniSA或者Uni Adelaide North Tce校区，这学期每周一，二，三，五。

Q: 合约多久？
A: 没有合约租期限制，提前两周通知，不需要帮忙找人。

Q: 可否自带家具，并减少房租？
A: 这个房间我也是花了1k以上购置家具的，自然不希望闲置不用。抱歉，我暂时不倾向自带家具。

Q: 全包多少？
A: 不倾向全包，share bill对每个人都有个约束。全包很容易没有限制的使用，特别是水电。我们现在平均每周不到$15。

Q: 可否租给两个人？
A: 从出租房间的大小和整个房子的人数考虑，只想租给一个人。整个房子不会超过3个人，这样才不会拥挤。

Q: 网络多少流量？
A: 目前是60G，我们现在每个月用25G左右。如果需要，可以升级，只是每个月每人要多分摊一点账单。

Q: 我觉得你的要求不高啊？
A: 都不难，但是需要责任心，希望你能坚持。

我怎么觉得，除非房客用很多，不然share的部分肯定会减少，因为固定的supply charge相对少了。

我上个月收到了电费账单，看到电费涨了，但是总数没多多少。可能是我平时都很少在家，用得少。

其实是自住房.......以前也是不舍得出租，现在贴出来，有合适的就租，没合适的就空着。

浅色地毯不是错，错的是找的人不对。习惯不好的人住，一周就能脏得不像样子。习惯好了，几个越几年都看不出太大变化。

至于bill，现在算下来每周还不到$15，也没有特意节省，只是没有浪费。
