本房位于西南区Anzac Highway第九站（车辆比较准时），从家步行到车站大约2分钟，交通方便，可乘245，248，262，263，264，265，M44任何一辆BUS可到到city 或 China town，（245，248可直达阿大南大，262-265直达Rundll mall，以上车次均到中国城，购物十分方便）。距离city坐公交车15分钟左右（高峰期大约10分钟左右一辆车），非常适合阿大，南大的同学。

周围环境安静

周边邻居友善，非常适合喜欢安静的朋友。购物十分方便，出门过街即有理发店，杂货店和披萨店，如果想去大型超市也有K-mart和Coles大型超市，如果步行从家到超市，大概8分钟左右，也可乘车到第七站下车。因为BUS在ANZAC HIGHWAY主路上所以，去哪里都比较方便，直接门口坐车即可到达MARIN SHOPPING CENTER 和海边, 第四站有个家具城和文具品店。如果喜欢运动（打篮球等）的朋友可以步行到附近的体育场运动，步行10分钟即可到达。如果是阿大或南澳的同学，可乘车到第一站下车，步行10分钟抵达考试场地SHOW GROUND.
