个人情况：女生，勉强也算宅女一枚，爱安静，但不讨厌热闹，过了爱疯的年纪。
                 无不良嗜好，不抽烟，不喝酒，无宠物，也不介意房东有宠物，但介意家里有小孩子。

租期：大概8月中旬入住，短租 3-4个月。

理想的小屋位置：靠近阿大。最好是东边或东北边的房子。离车站近，交通便利，方便出行。

理想的小屋类型：最好是带独立卫生间，房间内至少有一扇真的窗户。。。。
                           全家具，双人床，厨房可煮。
                            housemate 最好是女生或者couple。
                            租金150（全包）以内都能接受。

治安：         治安非常好~邻居也很好~
交通：         20站~走路5分钟到车站~     开车15分钟到CITY~走路10分钟到南澳MAGILL校区~
房子状况：   1、 房间一共5个房间~   出租其中2个小房   小房是相对屋里面的大房而言是小房~其实都很大~大概16平米
                     2、房子有一套间，所以是4个女生share一卫生间和浴室
                     3、注满最多5个女生
                     4、 半年前购置的全新家具和家电
                     5、出租的房间配有全新QUEEN SIZE大床 + 全新大书桌 + 全新宜家衣柜 （没有人用过的）
                     6、 2个车位+屋子外面街边parking    现在家里已停了一辆车
                    7、 Internode  250GB  网络 （网络每人每星期5块钱）
                    8、 现住4位容易相处、无不良嗜好、有洁癖的南澳女生（哈哈~所以家里会很干净）
                    9、后花园有紫葡萄、青葡萄、桃子+前花园的橘子 都可以摘来吃
                    10、后花园一出去有一大草坪~平时可以散步~还有康乐设施和可以免费BBQ的地方
                    11、没有宠物，也不收宠物
租金：         4个礼拜租金的押金 +  125/PW +SHARE BILLS
