房子位于西北第一个区，brompton，离city 特别是unisa西校区近。去阿德莱德东校区也很方便，公交车直接到周围环境安静安全，走路30步（实际测量）到公交车站, 坐在阳台上可以看到公交车来了再出去搭车。房子并不是在大路旁，因为是3号。虽然是第11站 但是 8，9，10, 11 站之间特别近，和port road 第7站平行，差不多10-15分钟到city，9站就有个fitness center，附近还有阿德莱德奥林匹克游泳馆。
两层的房子，两单人间一双人间，出租一master room，带独立卫浴，有一整面墙的内置衣柜，配备柜子桌子多，女生再多小东西也能放。此房间非常安静，采光又好，而且不是西晒，房间配备一张豪华queen size 床。附送车库车位一个
公共区域的配备基本全新。客厅到厨房木地板，很舒服的全新转角大沙发，大茶几
厨房的用品用具大量且齐全，聚会用任何用品都有，还有洗碗机，免去洗碗烦恼。除了master room的独立卫生间，外面有2个厕所，一个浴室。此外，另有洗衣房（配备烘干机），后院有晾衣服架，楼上还有个阳台，阳台有玻璃桌椅，吹着风坐在阳台喝茶聊天非常怡情。中央空调, 夏天不怕热，冬天不怕冷~
网络签的是internode
240G的不限时plan，可以随便下载，很适合喜欢看在线和迅雷下载的同学，现在住的两人都是unisa学生很少上网，很安静，都非常好相处，爱交朋友，不会斤斤计较。其中一个还做得一手好菜，时不时可在家饱下口服。。
男女不限，同样欢迎couple。长短租均可。 当然，希望同样是爱干净，爱学习好相处的同学。希望大家能像家人一样相处，平时我们可以一同聚餐，出游，还能叫朋友来玩。除了爱惜，基本上没什么太大的限制。全部家具都是自己买的，大部分是全新的，花了不少钱。

房间因为房客工作将去阿德莱德南边20公里所以搬家，房间有点乱，但是新朋友搬入前会崭新如初。
