Unit near beach and public transport. Must be honest and trust worthy person. The unit is fully furnished. The spare bedroom is unfurnished at the moment but I am willing to furnish it if required. I'm an easy going person who looks after my place and would expect you to do the same. Perfect for student or professional. International people are welcome. The Location:
The unit is located in Annells Crt, Grange, just 5 minute walk to the beach and public transport (Train and buses). The train is only a 20 minute trip to the city and there are also buses that run from the train station to the city. West Lakes shopping centre is very close as is Henley Beach. The property is located in a cul-de-sac, so it’s a very quite area.

I have everything you would need such as, air conditioning, gas heating, wash machine, dryer, microwave etc.
The Property:
It’s a 2 bedroom unit with a good size backyard, there is a spare carport if required. The spare room measures about 2.5 X 3 mtrs, so room for a double bed. It also has a built in wardrobe.
Cost:
Renting $140 per week, which includes gas and electricity.
