be careful someone may bring the carps caught at torrens river or other polluted water(since it is close to city and easy to catch).  eating those contaminated fish may cause harm to human, especially pregnant ones

it's better to consult health professionals regarding the milk issue rather than taking a risk to consume polluted food

actually barramundi or nile pearch are similar fresh water fish (basa is bit freaky though).  they can be purchased from supermarket safely

加油加油加油  也学习了  原来鲫鱼还有这功效哦  

猪蹄和黄豆炖汤（黄豆洗净后在碗里泡上十小时左右，这样黄豆熟的快），比鲫鱼汤管用的多。切记：只放点花雕酒、生姜和一点点盐就行了，炖45分钟就可以了，可以直接喝汤或也可用汤煮些面条都是可以的。
