出门100米就是公交车站，一站不停直达city internode 门口（Pulteney St 与 Grenfell St 交接处），20分钟到阿大。之前我也住过南区五站，北区八站，西区7站，虽然在地图上看着近，但是早上上学堵车不胜其烦，30，40分钟到不了是常有的事。

在这住买东西非常方便，坐车五分钟到Tee Tree Plaza, coles,woolworth, kmart, bigw,food court，各种快餐店，电影院, myer，药店,各种银行，应有尽有。 当然如果不想坐车去Tee Tree Plaza 的话，旁边走路五分钟也有一个shopping centre， 其中有一个超大的coles。post office, sub way ,药店，宠物店，蔬菜店，银行等等等等也在那。

房子家具齐全，有空调。

房东是个山东大哥，与我们同住，人超好。 有空我们都会在一起聊天吃饭的，人确实不错，让我在这感受到了家的温暖。

我在这住了半年，感觉这里确实非常方便，放假回国明年回来接着在这住。 此房从11月17日起租，租至2月20日。欢迎大家看房。
