可由于火车晚点，我先到了。
到了conventional cte对面有一个临时停车位，然后前面有一辆车，斜着在车位里，貌似要离开的样子，我就紧随其后开过去。后来就听到有喇叭被狂按的声音，大概几秒钟，后来意识到，原来是前车要退到车位里，我于是立刻边双闪边后退。后退到不是车位，但也没有堵塞旁边的过道，没堵塞主路， （north tce那边的马路貌似主路边上都有一些地方）前车挺好了，下来一个男的，上来就很rude的问我：Do you have eyes? are you blind? 然后我很不爽，不过依然礼貌的说了sorry，后来他从口袋拿出一个皮夹子，里面有一个铁徽章一样的东西，说自己是警察。。然后我说我在等人，他说，不可以停，要我赶紧走，我就答应了，然后开始右灯准备出去，可是后面一直有车，我出不去。这个时候老公跑来了，上车。那个男的走了，边走边回头说了一句：I'm going to send you a tickets, block xxx (没听见)， very dangerous..
我很生气，觉得，我一点没有危害到别人，怎么会这样，只不过他想那我撒气因为停车的事情罢了。而且他的态度非常rude
大家帮我分析一下，他是不是威胁我还是他真的会给我邮寄罚单？一般这样的有没有complain的可能？而且，会不会扣分？

第二，万一你真的接到罚单了，完全可以把下面“申诉单”部分撕下来，寄回警察局（罚单上回有地址的）。基本会被取消。因为，他没有拍照取证！
这里是法制社会，一切以法律为准。法律要求当事人双方（检方vs控方）的表述要有第三方客观的证据支持——警察无非就是公共检方。如果没有证据支持任何人的话都不足以采信。和国内那种“人制”的社会是不同的。
