理想的房子：(请回帖的你看好要求)房间有窗户通风良好，可以拎包入住，家具网络空调等生活设施齐全，周边设施方便（车站、超市、餐馆等等），房子干净舒适安静安全，东区或东北区优先。

希望可以尽早把房子确定下来，愿意长租，在我们入住前房主可以把房子先短租给别人呵~
