租房被中介欺负问题

事情是这样的，房子租了1年，去年7-16号到今年7-15.房租是每2个星期交，都是星期一交。

1.在这个阶段中，我们房子被偷了，找中介来给我们换锁，半年才给换。加里丢了好多东西，他们都不管。
2.刚刚接到中介电话，说是房租你是每2个星期交的，只到14号，还要交15号的房租60.70一天。
3.又说要开放房子给别人看，我说没时间，我不同意开放，他说是他们的房子，我们没权利拒绝，就发了信息给我说，U dont have a choice. 之后直接开放，带人来看。
4.刚刚又受到信息，直接说10号开放，直接都不问我是否同意。
5.房子有问题让他们维修，根本就不理。
6.说是退房检查时候，他们会来看，还要求我们把新房子地址告诉他们，他们给我们邮寄bond，他们会扣很多钱。

本来觉得没多少钱，就忍了，不过他们太欺负人了。 求您指点。

一开始给你换锁速度慢你就应该积极跟进，威逼+利诱，要不然中介以为你是好欺负忍气吞声的那种（可能事实上你就是）。后面就会越来越过分，多收房租，强行带人看房，扣bond。

说白了就是看你好欺负，在试探你的底线。澳洲人是你越把他往死里揍他越敬佩你。什么得饶人处且饶人、退一步海阔天空等等的，都是扯淡。
