Nice city apartment (fully furnished room in toms Ct. $230pw)

Hi, I am looking for a new housemate as the my current ones are going overseas. Their room will be available from the 9th of August.
The property is on two levels, it is fully furnished (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, air conditioning etc..). There is a garage that can fit a small car. The house is near the cross between King WIlliam Street and Halifax Street: it is only 2 minutes by foot to get to the free tram. The room is fully furnished too (bed, bedside table, in built wardrobe).
