由于毕业回国了所以打算把房子转手 12月底起租。

房子位于Northfield，总共三间卧室，主卧空间很大，带独立的卫浴和步入式的衣帽间。其他两间房share卫生间和浴室。卫浴是分开的，另有两个洗漱台，使用起来方便不会拥挤。房子租来是不带家具的，如果需要可以把现有的家具低价转让给你。房间是中央空调，只有客厅是独立的挂式空调，夏天比较省电。

小区治安很好，邻居也很nice，紧靠north gate 购物方便，车站对面就是foodland和便利店，药店等等。

开车15到city，公车20分钟。

房租$400一周，6周押金，直接和房东签约。

之前也在阿大上学 感觉还蛮方便的 公车最多20分钟到city
