学校highgate lodge 求合租,女生

我在官方网站上看到的，highgate lodge 有twin share room. 就是俩人住一间房， 貌似还挺划算的，而且学校宿舍应该挺靠谱。
房租是$100/w, 我联系学校了，这是学校回复的原话：
Our policy is that we don't allow people to move into twin-share rooms until they have someone to move in with. （这是manager 说的）
这个是负责人说的：Please see the Manager's comments below regarding the twin share accommodation. I NEED TO KNOW URGENTLY AS ALL ROOMS ARE BOOKING OUT.
学校让我先订单人房再慢慢找合租人，有没有哪位女生想一起合租的 0.0
