   西区IKEA对面出租一间大房， 交通方便，车次频密，J1,J2,162 20分钟直达city，15分钟一班车，10A站就在家门口。远点的车站还有H30等线路，出城上学都很方便。半小时内出city。  
    130全包（只租单人,有意长租的话价格可议）。房间内有一张双人床和一张单人床，大书桌，衣柜，杂物柜，随时拎包入住。   欢迎爱干净，不吸烟的朋友。

   网络是TPG不限流量，有无线modem。

   1卫浴，不过厕所和浴室是分开的，住3，4个人感觉没啥问题，反正我住了这么久也很少遇到要等厕所用的情况。
   
   至于车位，因为前院已经停满了，所以只能停旁边小路上了。

   其他房客包括我在内已在这房子住了2年多，人员稳定，很适合长租的朋友。

   另外买菜啥的，我和另一个housemate都有车，可以约好开车一起去，几分钟车程，有亚洲超市，也有各种大型超市。
