谢谢郑律师的答复。我的过户律师说 :the document signed wasn't a tenancy/rental agreement but simply a license to occupy to a certain date. the fact the vendor broke the agreement means i have the right to chase for compensation but it costs more than its worth to chase. 他们这样说是不是很不负责任。而且他们全权代表我去拟这个合同,现在又告诉我不是租赁合同,没地方说法了。请郑律师指点,是不是要追讨。 |
