家长可以帮她逐步适应，比如，先少送几天去，让孩子慢慢适应，或者带她每周参加playgroup之类的活动，多跟当地小朋友接触，练习听力和口语，小朋友学语言很快的。
还有，你可以问问kindy有没有会讲中文的老师，有时候也很有帮助，孩子在需要帮助的时候有人可以明白她的需求，至少在心理上对她是个慰藉吧。

这个要看您住哪里了，最简单的办法是去离家最近的图书馆，问问他们哪天有小朋友的活动。通常图书馆经常会组织小朋友活动的，读书，讲故事，做游戏什么的，您可以在那里认识很多住附近的妈妈，她们可能会有些更详细的信息，而且小朋友在那里也能找几个玩伴:P
