This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located very close to UQ, 10 minutes by walk and close to bus stop, ferry, heaps of shops as well. Fully furnished. The room to rent is larger than a normal room for one person. The unit is fully furnished and double-size bed, build-in wardrobe, large mirror and other essentials items in the bedroom. The rent is 200$/week, share the bills. Talk to us if you are interested.
You will live with three uq postgraduates who are very tidy and friendly. This is the second best among >20 properties I have inspected. Hope you will love it and can maintain the unit in a good condition. PS, I can offer you a lift to sunnybank or darra during weekend :)
