然后要开通，这就需要打客服开通了。这个在你买卡的时候就会有文字的说明。如果听不懂客服的英语，就要找朋友帮忙。总之开通是必要的。

然后是照着前面那几位朋友说的：
固定电话：先拨+86（或者0086），然后拨区号（不加0），再拨对方的号码。
手机： 先拨+86（或者0086），然后拨对方手机号。
