Part-Time ADMIN/PROPERTY MANAGEMENTASSISTANT
An opportunityhas opened for the right person to join our commercial real estate business (Gold Crown Management Group), locatedin CBD of Adelaide.
You will bereporting to the Office Manager and whilst focusing on Property management youwill also be required to provide support to accounting team and Director.
Responsibilitiesare varied and include:
· Answeringcalls & greeting clients in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
· Checkingmails
· Generaltyping, photocopying, filling and archiving
· Updatingclient database
· Bookkeeping
· Respondpotential tenant inquiries
· Postads on real estate website
Skills required:
· Exceptionalwritten, verbal & people skills
· Excellenttime management & organizational skills
· Organisingrepairs and maintenance
· Reportingto Property Managers
· Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Adminduties as required
