该贴近期修改重发，原帖于7月份首发之后很快找到朋友合租，现在朋友回国。接受朋友提议开贴重发

地点- 方便、安静、安全

方便：5分钟步行至shopping centre、公车站，大量公交开往UQ及City；

安静：Vincent Street与主路Moggill Road平行所以方便且安静；

安全：位于警察局后门正对面

房屋概况

客厅：宽敞明亮，皮沙发，42’LCD,HD-DVD,索尼专业音响，Xbox，Wii

餐厅厨房：冰箱x2，微波炉，烤箱，大量餐具、厨具

卫浴：大功率洗衣机，浴室空间大结构合理，且只需与另一名室友共用

停车：大量Visitor Parking，安全：对面是警察局，出入请遵守交规

房间

两房间安静舒适、通风明亮，窗外可见蓝天绿荫。嵌入式大型衣柜及储物空间，舒适双人床（其中一个为实木床并带床头柜），写字台，办公座椅及台灯（详见图片，建议预约时间看房）

不知能否两人共住一间？价格可以面议。

虽然房间面积较大但是我们一般还是不太希望两人住一间。性格合适，容易相处的室友可以考虑。具体细节请电话联系。
