Apparently, as we could see from the graph, people were less willing to take beef as their meal. To be more specific, the amount of consumption for beef declined sharply from almost 225 grams per person per week to nearly 100 from1979 to 2004. By contrast, chicken was becoming increasingly popular these years, precisely, experiencing a steady increase from approximately 150 grams per person per week to almost 250 in the year 2004.
In terms of lamb, the data saw a decline that the number of consumption had decreased by 100 grams through 25 years from 197(150grams).
As for fish, it was always the least popular food among these choices of foods, fluctuating at the level of around 50 grams per person per week.
As the report indicates, consumption of chicken is ready to place that of beef as the main consumption among these types of meat.
