于是我给教授发了封信，问准备步骤。
然后教授回信说“At this time, we do not have sufficient resources to accept individuals into MA in agricultural studies. Thanks for your email and your interest in our institution.”
看到这个意思我就疑惑了，他学校的网站上明明写了有呀，地址如下：

然后我就又发了封邮件去问，网站上显示的这个课程是什么意思之类，问教授有没有其他推荐。
然后教授给我回了封“The agricultural studies program offers both a MS (geography) and a MA (economics).
”
就这一句话，我不知道该怎么理解了，请问各位，这个怎么回事呢？怎么有又说不够实力呢？那他们是不开咯？
难道是这个大学把专业写在网页上，但是他们没有老师上课？
然后我该不该再发邮件问呢？那么要问什么呢？:Orz:
