地点在ustinov college － 研究生院内，所有后勤及安全问题都无需担心，步行去business school 6分钟，楼下不远就是去市中心的公车，10分钟一趟；傍晚在宿舍楼下还有去超大TESCO超市的nightbus，全部是学校运营，成本很低；每周末中国超市会开车到宿舍楼下卖中国食品等等
价格：学校的价格约为GBP 350－366 per month, 现在GBP 300/month 出租,房价包含所有的水电气费，可以住到9月17日。
因为我需要搬到其他城市，所以才压低房价，房子随时可以入住，可以按周算钱，总之如果有意搬进来的话一切都很容易而且很快。
