本人系工程师，无不良嗜好，不抽烟不喝酒，预寻求单人住房1间，半年一租，预计住1年，地段最好在Oxford street附近，靠近城市大学，有意者联系********，晚上可以看房，或者本周日下午。
I want to rent a single room around Oxford Street , near to Manchester Metropolian University. I am a computer specialist man, no smoking and drinking. If you have suitable room, pls contact******. I can visit room after 6PM, or sunday afternoon.
