请问：毕业后一年工签

本科毕业后工作好几年，现在准备通过留学，就业，再移民新西兰。
但是今天在看具体的奥大的专业时候，发现对应的学院里面，只有一个专业读研究生/硕士，国际学生可以获得1年的开放工签。
之前一直以为，只要正常毕业，所有的毕业生都可以获得。现在犯迷糊了。
一方面打算邮件学校问问，另一方面求助这里，经验者，这个一年找工作的工签，是要看专业的吗？
