Main Responsibilities
You will be providing various loan service and administrative support to the team,your role and responsibilities could include the followings:
? Providing excellent phone handling skills
? Process applications
? Processing daily emails
? Resolving complaints and disputes
? Administrative work
? Processing loan settlements
? Manage our existing loan portfolio
Must Requirement:
? Excellent in English speaking and writing
? Ability to work without supervision
? Attention to detail
? Have general computer skills
? Fast learner
Preferred Requirement:
? Have a Bachelor degree or above
? Previous office working experience
FullPractical Finance Training:
No previous finance experience required; you will be a officer trainee from scratch. Comprehensive practical finance and lending training is continuous throughout the time you are with us. This may include: Finance product knowledge, Operation procedures, Legal compliance, Credit assessment, Case study, Business lending, Fraudulent issue, Finance psychology, Risk management and Credit scoring analysis etc.
