Duties & Responsibilities:
? Work well individually and under guidance of senior staff to effectively manage small to medium sized capital based projects from initial design, installation through to commissioning.
? Develop and monitor projects scoping, costs and project timelines ensuring all projects are in line with budgetary guidelines.
? Effectively liaise with contractor & subcontractor in relation to project negotiations & other related matters.
Skills & Experience:
? Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Telecommunication) .
? Native proficiency or equivalent (speaking, reading and writing) in Chinese/Mandarin and English.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Working Places:
? Head office in North Sydney;
? Project work in WA, QLD & NSW if required.
