Procurement—
? Working closely with procurement and purchasing team report supplier production progress weekly.
? Supporting new product development and cost reduction sourcing activity
? Support inventory management - including reduction/optimization.
Logistic and Warehouse--
? Liaise with and communicating with procurement, suppliers and freight companies
? Helping supplier to design create sizes to make sure each container packed as efficient as possible.
? Maintain the inventory in good order and condition in forwarder warehouse.
? Maintain the details of the inventory.
? Complete periodical cycle counting of inventory to confirm the physical holdings match that held in the finance system.
Supplier quality development --
? Supplier inspection report review.
? Maintain and manage quality reports such as Quality Form, MDR, etc.
? Development policies and procedures
? Working collaboratively with the cross-functional teams to lead Supplier Quality systems
? Execution of supplier 8D process and other quality tools,
? Leading investigation and resolution of supplier related issues and NCR’s
