Office Admin & Team Support
With a passion for great service, you will be responsible to assist in running oursmall but busy office and being the first point of contact for customers. As anexcellent multitasker, you’ll be aware of almost everything that goes on in theoffice and work closely with the team on a variety of projects. This includes:·Answering phones and responding to customer queries both on the phone and online·Data base management,filing and data entry·Scheduling theinstallation and maintenance services as needed·Handling paperwork andaccurately maintaining all records·Providing additionaladministrative support to the team (Sales, Marketing, Buying) as required·Other general officeduties
Profile:This role would suit acandidate who has had experience in office administration roles however full training will be provided for the rightperson. You must be a fast learner and have a can-do attitude. Part-time andfull-time will both be considered but 25 hours a week is the minimum.·Ability to learn and pick up systems quickly·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, chinese mandarin speaking is a bonus not not essential·Good working knowledgeof Microsoft Office suite·Excellent customerservice and hard-working·Be able to multitask and have good time management skills.
