招聘Full Time Intern Site Engineer
Grandview是一家集开发与建筑为一体的房地产公司，现有一个新的工程将要开工，地址 1 Villawood Place，急需一名Assistant Site Engineer来协助Site Foreman工作，
主要职责：
Managethe OHS/QA on site
Work closely with the Site Supervisor
Record on what happens on site with a daily diary
General running of the day to day project
General labouring work, keepamenities clean and make sure enough general running supply in the lunch rooms, office, toilets,
Confirm concrete orders
Register logs on all items
Coordinate drawings with contractors and supervisors
Update Drawing to server and make sure everybody has copy’sboth soft and hard
Conduct inductions onsite
Coordinate with suppliers
Order stock and materials
Daily checks on materials
Calculate Concrete usage
Conduct safety inspections & checks onsite
Perform ITP’s
Adjust and draw up programs
Perform Costing
Perform Variations & Project Claims
任职资格：
Be able to work full time
Civil engineer专业毕业
Permenant Resident
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Self-motived and hard working.
White Card and Traffic Controller will be an Advantage
