UQ 學生也很方便,後面有一條橋,直接可以從我們家,穿過Brisbane River到UQ St Lucia校區. 上回我走過一次,大概30min走路,如果騎腳踏車,快過開車要繞去City再開上去的時間. GU學生的話,時間合適可以搭我便車上課,我是那邊的Research Student.

10mins 走路可以到Mater Hill bus station, 那邊是bus station 主站之一,到哪裡基本上都很方便.

目前希望以女生為主,因為跟你共用浴室的另外一位房客是位小女生. 男生的話我們也不排斥,不過前提是你有良好的生活習慣.

房間基本設施都有,木頭地板,空間很大,天花板是挑高的. 裝設有空調,合理的情況請盡量使用. 屋內鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全,只要你懂得愛惜,把家當成自己的家來照顧,想怎麼用就怎麼用.

房租$180/week, 4 weeks bond+4week rent預付. 沒有合約. Bond的用意在保護我們自己,但你不需要擔心我們到時會亂扣Bond,只是你搬走前給我們最少兩星期通知,以及房間沒有任何惡意毀損,你可以把押金全數拿回.
