What are we looking for
This full-time role is to assist the broker in liaising with clients and lenders. It involves achieving an agreed objectives in a team environment and to convert finance opportunities from internal and external sources within the Addsum group of business in a professional, efficient manner.
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Relationship Officer, with a track record of success in processing and advising on mortgage finance applications.
The successful candidate will posses at least 1-2 years experience in a finance brokerage environment or 2-3 years experience in a Sales / Lending / Relationship Management role within a financial or accounting service provider. You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills as well as proven negotiation skills.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
? A strong customer relationship focus with a proven record of converting finance opportunities.
? Understanding of lending and financial product
? Sound understanding of CRM and processes
? Graduated from business and accounting discipline
? Solution and result driven
? Time management and organisational skills
? Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
