Skilled Nominated subclass 190 visa
The New South Wales Government will nominate applicants with high level skills and experience required in New South Wales under the Skilled Nominated subclass 190 visa. This visa requires nomination by a State or Territory Government to the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
Minimum Eligibility Requirements 最低担保要求如下
The NSW Government may nominate a limited number of skilled migrants annually. To qualify, you must meet the minimum eligibility requirements.
Age 年龄：少于50岁
You must be less than 50 years of age at time of application to DIAC
English Language 语言能力：雅思4个6
Applicants must sit the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and score at least a six (6) on each of the four bands (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading).
Certain occupations require a higher standard of English in order to obtain a positive skill assessment. Please refer to the assessing authorities' English language requirements. 备注：需要通过职业评估。
Occupation
Your occupation must be listed on the NSW State Nominated Occupation List.
提名职业要求：职业必须在NSW州担保列表当中。赫然发现 “会计”职业也在NSW州担保计划里面，令人惊奇的是，对会计没有具体的工作经验要求。此次州政府担保的职业范围涉及多个领域
第一类：商业与金融领域： 例如会计师，精算师等。
第二类：信息与通信技术领域：例如软件工程师，程序分析师等。
第三类：科学类领域：例如化学工程，生物医药工程师等。
第四类：健康与医疗类：例如护士等众多职业。
第五类：工程类：例如土木工程师，结构工程师等
第六类：教育类：例如幼师，中学教师等
第七类：金属行业技师：例如电焊工等
第八类：建筑行业技工：例如电工，木工等
第九类：汽车行业技工：例如机械师等3个职业
第十类：旅游与服务业领域：厨师，面点师，大厨，酒店管理员：其中厨师需要有至少5年的工作经验并且每年的配额只有190人。
Nomination 提名要求：如果你目前有55分的打分，那么在现有的政策下，加上州政府担保的5分，刚好符合NSW州政府担保要求。
In order to qualify for NSW nomination, you must score at least 60 points on the DIAC points based migration test. Please refer to DIAC Booklet 6 for more information.
As the occupations, skills and experience are in demand in Sydney and regional NSW nominated applicants may have enhanced employment prospects. However, nomination does not guarantee employment.

If you are nominated by the NSW Government under the Skilled Nominated subclass 190 visa you are obliged to commit to live and work or study in NSW for the first two years of your time in Australia. 前两年必须要居住与生活在NSW。
小结：
1。NSW州此次的政府提名最低要求变更着实让人惊叹不已，相对于早期担保而言，从几乎是最难的，变成最容易获得担保的一个州。
2。原本对会计这类人数爆满的职业无太大奢望，居然此次会计类也在州担保之列。
3。好日子能维持多久呢？这或许也是大家的疑问。
4。每个职业州政府内部是否有担保配额限制呢，类似于移民部的职业封顶计划？目前还不得而知。
