           我自己会做的菜太少了， 自从发现这个版块后， 我发现一个一个帖子去找适合我的菜也比较麻烦，  不用手把手教，就把菜谱，做法，用到的佐料名称回复在帖子里就行了。               我喜欢做法简单 工序少 的菜，时间无所谓，比如炖鸡我就很喜欢。  最好不要炒菜，不太喜欢吃炒菜同时也不喜欢吃辣，比如 西红柿花椰菜咖喱酱煮牛肉这种就很好，你要是温婉贤惠，厨艺imba的妹子就留下你的菜谱~同时你也能学到更多的菜。 男同胞们也欢迎，有好吃又不费事的菜分享出来，别藏着掖着。

材料：生菜，菜花，黄瓜，土豆，胡萝卜，西红柿（或番茄酱），葱，蒜/P.S喜欢吃什么样的蔬菜自给再加只要是煮着吃也好吃的菜就行
步骤：
把土豆，菜花切块，胡萝卜，黄瓜切片。
把西红柿切得碎点想怎么切就怎么切小点更好。
点火上锅，锅里放油不用太多就是为了炝锅用的，把葱末蒜末炝锅。
西红柿放锅里加一点点水（或是番茄酱代替西红柿）
等番茄味出来了继续加水（如果有鸡汤或骨头汤味道会更好）
然后把土豆菜花嘛的都往里面一放煮着
差不多熟了再放黄瓜和生菜。
然后就熟了！
P.P.S：要是想加点肉就买点鸡胸肉然后切块切片无所谓一块煮里面，想加个蛋的放个蛋。

羊肉里脊，孜然，生抽，淀粉，葱，姜，蒜，盐
羊肉切片，葱姜蒜切末
生抽泡上淀粉抓葱姜蒜末孜然一块掩上半小时
上锅加油点火葱姜蒜末一点点炝锅
腌好的羊肉片入锅炒炒就熟
乐意再加点孜然再放点孜然
