It also takes only 2 minutes by walk to newly opened Runcorn Public Swimming Pool. (great location for all swimmer ^^)
If you move in, you will live with two Griffith uni students, one from France, and the other from Korea and a Korean accountant.
The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk and wardrobe and only $110 including internet (ADSL2), electricity and water if you stay longer than 3 months. Otherwise $115.
