位于 apartment配有公共健身设施。 楼下步行1分钟范围之内便有各种超市、饭店和车站。39X、400等车可到city、eastergardens、bondi、机场等地，出行、购物、上学均非常方便。
客厅非常大，有大量活动空间。
房东不同住，客厅不朝街，非常安静，客厅外面有大阳台。
室友均为UNSW学生，容易相处。
房内设施齐全（single bed，学习桌椅，衣柜）。
月日以后可入住，包bill，希望能找到爱干净的同学、朋友。
