MQ语言学校NCELTR的申请表上有个please include the charges incurred in the telegraphic transfer。 我想知道什么意思？？是不是要我把电汇转账的费用自理？？
还有，Please fax proof of the telegraphic transfer to NCELTR on 61 2 9850 9129。 这又是什么意思？？
