Please do not send your application to Beijing.
According to the Australian authorities, the fact that the eCoE instruction specifies that you need to send the document
to Beijing, is merely for statistical purposes and not for processing purposes. The processing of your application will
be done in Adelaide and if you send it to Beijing, it will delay your application a great deal.
