这次真的需要大家救命了！！！

我是本科在读学生，大四。本月初给MONASH寄了申请，他今天发信给我说还需要一下材料：
*  The submission of a statement of currently enrolled subjects
   of the Bachelor of Science.
In the mean time, your application will be held pending on the above.  
Please note, whenever relevant, evidence of course completion,
discontinuation or deferment must be supplied.
我现在在读的课程能不能写个EMAIL告诉他？不行的话该怎么办？况且第二学期的课程还没开始，现在也只是知道这个学期的（第一学期）。
