（1）pva过后学费能否动用贷款的金额？是否此时就能还贷？
（2）另外，换汇的时候是否一次性把留学的费用全部换完？
（3）一般生活费按照什么标准跟银行换？
（4）到银行换汇，除了ID，original offer，passport， pva， regestral booklet之外，还要带什么文件？
（5）PVA的申请材料中如有注明， 有些材料大使馆是否会寄回给申请者？
