有一個床位 (雙人房有兩張單人床) 要出租，所有傢俱齊全

對學生來說，這裡的環境非常之安靜優美

對工作或等工作的人來說，這裡鄰近許多工廠(牛肉工廠、雞肉工廠、火腿工廠…)

不管是唸書或是工作都是個不錯的地方，如果有需要，我們還提供搬家服務喔

交通:

5分鐘步行到公車站有車直達City  8分鐘步行到火車站 10分鐘步行到超市

優先條件:

一位女生

希望至少住到兩個月

不抽煙、乾淨整潔、無寵物

租金:

110 p/w (2週押金，2週租金，離開需2週前告知)

The beautiful house has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms in the Morningside. (Zone 2)

Including water, electric and gas charges, unlimited Internet

If you’re student, our house is beautifully situated in a quiet spot.

If you want to work after finish your course, here is close to many factories (ACC, INGHAM, HANS….)

It’s a nice place and it will be your best choice.

By the way, we can help moving if you need. ^^

5mins to bus stop by walk.

8mins to train station by walk.

10mins to Coles and Woolworth by walk.

20mins to city by bus
