雅思5.5分, 可以帮助申请英国硕士uncontional offer. You don't need pay anything until you get the offer, that will be very helpful to get the visa and save money, of course it's not a really good univercity. However, you can go anywhere once you get in UK and rechose unviercity.
What you need to do is send me your documents to my friend in UK, and she will help you get the offer.
