In the autumn semester students take the following units:
  

Financial Reporting – principles of accounting, accounting measurement and standards, techniques of financial analysis
  

Corporate Finance – the framework for analysis of company financial decisions: investment appraisal, portfolio theory, CAPM, capital structure, dividend policy
  

Economics for Banking and Finance – introduction of economics as a discipline, focusing on aspects of economics relevant to investment activity
  

Quantitative Methods in Finance – statistical and computing skills to assist understanding of modern banking and finance operations

In the spring semester students take the following units:
  

Financial Statement Analysis – investment analysis of quoted companies based on financial statements and other publicly-available data, valuation models, technical analysis and financial distress models
  

Security and Portfolio Analysis I – valuation of equities and management of portfolios, options and option-like instruments, asset allocation, performance evaluation
  

Security and Portfolio Analysis II – valuation of fixed-interest securities and management of portfolios, forwards and fixtures, foreign exchange and international portfolios
  

Investment Regulation and Practice – regulatory and legal framework of the financial services industry
