This single room is just available for one month from 29th of March to 26th of April that is why it is so cheap. I'm going back to China this Easter but don't want to leave the room empty.
There are three of others will share the flat with you, two are doing Phd, one is master. All essential facilities are provided including cooker, washing machine,fridge/freezer,microwave,shower,etc.
