1。 地理位置靠近center,最好不需要交通工具的：） 周围有超市或商店更好
2。 最好是flat, one bed room flat or share with others for two or three bed room flat both ok。
3。 房间不必非常大， 可也不要很小，家具齐全
4， 室内设施若有装好的网线最好
5， 房子最好不要很旧
