The house location is Klemzig, near Stop 17 on northeast road. It's 15 minutes walking from northeast road so it's absolutely quiet all the day and night time.
Negotiation for the moving in date which is between 17-24/01/2010 and moving out date which is between 15-21/02/2010.
Rental will be charged at a rate of:
Single
$130/7 days and $20/day (if not enough for a 7 days unit)
*For example, if you move in on 17/01/2010 and move out on 17/02/2010, 31 days will be charged at 4*$130+3*$20=$580.
Double
$175/7 days and $25/day, calculation formula same with single.
Rental includes:
free internet (not sure about the volume, but nerve run out during my living period), free utilities including water, gas, electricity and all the other expenses.
The room includes:
One double bed including mattress, mattress protector, sheet, quilt, quilt cover and two pillows with pillow covers;
One computer desk and chair (spare chairs can be provided);
Electric fan;
Huge built-in wardrobe for all your stuff;
One good size bookcase.
The lounge, kitchen, washing room and bathroom are all fully furnished with TV, sofa, air-conditioner, fireplace, diner table, cookware, oven, grill, dish washer, new frong load washing machine.
Your housematers will be:
Two Aussie guys (one is an engineering student in Adelaide university and the other one is working full time for the government) and one guy from Thailand.
