交通方便，距离Glen Waverley shopping centre（600米），步行至火车站约10分钟。去city坐火车约半小时，bus737可去Monash 大学Clayton校区，Deakin，TAFE及其他学校。
楼下主卧出租，自带专用卫生间，房间非常干净明亮，木地板，入墙衣柜，双人床及简单家具。
房东住楼上，单独空间，互不影响，无其他租客。
TPG无线上网（unlimited plan）。友善房东夫妇，现招一安静男生，160一周全包。要作息规律，少煮,无不良嗜好。如果有车，可停在带锁车库（remote control），车库免费。
