每个单间都很大，虽然是单间，但都配备了双人床，家具床单被罩被子都有鬼佬房东提供，可以随时拎包入住！

全新台球桌可以随便玩，鬼佬房东大部分时间不在家，在家也不怎么管房客，人很好。

这个房子以前招的都是国外的房客，现在这批房客已经走了。客厅里配了液晶电视和卫星收视器，能收到100来个频道。

BBQ的设备随意用，但是gas没了要自己换。厨房的照片没有放上来，厨房有8个灶台，4小4大；有4个冰箱，房东一共只招5个房客，现在已经招了3个，所以储藏空间和做饭灶台都很宽敞。

前院可以park2辆车

离学生宿舍很近，购物步行10分钟到IGA，或者坐738,707，709到Harbor Town，Southport,另有20路公交车。
