Banzhu, my husbant and I landed last year and went back to China. Now we have the Maple Card but did not apply for the Sin card. We came to toronto this year.I will stay for education but my husbant will go back to China next month.
I know I should apply for the SIN card. But how about my husbant?
1,Does he need to apply for SIN card?
2,If he dose not apply for it, can he go to canada again with maple card?
3, What will happen if he do not apply for the SIN for five years after he landed?
